Description of Services Provided

E&C provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for a new 157 units (314 beds) facility with 10,000 square feet office space on the first floor to house residence life offices. The building incorporated energy efficient designs such as high efficiency chillers, Variable Volume fan coil units in the dorm rooms and a heat recovery outside air unit.
