Engineering Design Services
Design Documents. We assist our clients in project planning to incorporate appropriate MEP systems, providing Construction Documents, including drawings and written specifications, for bidding and construction. Documentation can range from simple design sketches to full BIM models.
Bid Evaluation. Assistance is provided in evaluating the bid/negotiated construction costs for the project’s M/E/P systems.
Construction Services. Typical services include submittal review, RFI responses, site observation of construction and observing selected proof testing.
