Energy Evaluations/Sustainability Services
E&C can review your building and its MEP systems and make recommendations to increase energy and water usage efficiency. These services include reviewing the building original design documents/intent comparing it to current building operation to determine if MEP systems are operating as intended. Once systems are operating per their original design, E&C looks at the individual systems to identify low to no-cost energy savings opportunities that can be implemented directly as well as other first-cost opportunities that have reasonable pay-back periods based on Owner requirements.
Review
E&C also remains mindful of the indoor health of buildings under review. If moisture, humidity, dust, or indoor chemical pollutants are found, E&C can provide recommended solutions to the issues. Outdoor air analysis can be performed to ensure proper pressurization of the building as well as spaces within the building to provide feedback on how to keep the building, and therefore its occupants, as healthy as can be.
