Rice University Historic Weiss President’s House

E&C provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services to remodel a 1919 existing two story home with basement, 10,500 square foot residence to serve as Rice University’s President’s residence. The project consisted of providing new M/E/P systems while maintaining a majority of the house’s antique features.
