The Houstonian Club Pickleball Courts

The Houstonian Club expanded its recreational amenities with the addition of eight pickleball courts, including four covered by a sleek, rigid shade system for year-round play. Our MEP team delivered efficient, high-performance systems to support both recreation and hospitality spaces, enhancing comfort at the covered courts and adjacent gathering areas while incorporating energy-efficient lighting for play, safety, and ambiance.

Enhancements also include a spacious Dining and Observation Deck, designed to host members, guests, and events with prime views of the courts. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems were carefully coordinated to support the deck and food and beverage areas, ensuring reliable performance during peak use. All systems were seamlessly integrated with the existing campus, prioritizing energy efficiency, durability, and a cohesive aesthetic.
