Confidential Law Firm

This project provided high-end MEP engineering design for a national law firm’s premium office spaces in Houston and Dallas, creating a quiet, comfortable, and technologically robust environment that reflects the firm’s refined professional image. The design supports technology-intensive legal work while prioritizing acoustic privacy, occupant comfort, and operational reliability.

The mechanical systems feature zoned HVAC with high-quality filtration and low-noise equipment, ensuring consistent comfort across private offices, conference rooms, and collaboration areas. Electrical systems were designed with robust, adaptable power distribution to support dense IT infrastructure, video conferencing, and litigation support technologies, complemented by layered LED lighting with dimming and advanced controls to highlight upscale finishes while meeting local energy codes. Plumbing design incorporated premium restroom and breakroom fixtures that enhance the high-end user experience while supporting efficient daily operations for staff and clients.
