Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital Medical Office Building & Orthopedics Building

E&C provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the Ortho MOB six story and renovation of related existing central utility plant and site work. The new building has two floors dedicated to physical therapy and sports medicine gym and clinic. Four floors will be shell floors with exception of rest rooms, storage, mechanical and maintenance offices.
