Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital – Centerfield Medical Office Building Operating Rooms

E&C provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the expansion and renovation of the ambulatory surgery center at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. The project included the addition of four new operating rooms, renovation of an existing operating room, and upgrades to a significant portion of the existing clinic space. A new sterile processing department was also incorporated, along with site utility evaluations to support the updated layout. This second phase of improvements increased surgical case capacity by more than 50 percent.
