E&C provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for a new 157 unit (314 beds) facility with 10,000 square feet office space on the first floor to house residence life offices. The building incorporated energy efficient designs such as high efficiency chillers, VAV room fan coil units and a heat recover outside air unit.
