Sam Houston State University Piney Woods Hall

The Project included construction of two new 335-bed residence halls (670 beds total) of approximately 105,000 GSF each. Large open green space and pedestrian walkways provides ample access in both directions, this includes sidewalks, landscape, hardscape, etc. The project includes a modular chiller plant and associated infrastructure to support the residence halls and a future dining facility. The project was intended to create the south residential district of the Sam Houston campus.
