Texas City Moore Memorial Library Renovation

E&C Engineers designed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing for this renovation. The M/E/P included updating electrical to include lighting and electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades for the renovation and for the addition of new rooms for collection and large study groups, and upgrade plumbing including renovation of restrooms.
