This new 5–6 story residence hall is designed specifically for first-year students, offering a balanced approach to quality and cost-effective infrastructure. The facility will include aproximately 1,000 beds, lounges, recreation areas, community kitchens, laundry rooms, study spaces, and pod-style communities that foster student engagement, community-building, and academic success.
