University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center – Zayed Building for Personalized Cancer Care

E&C provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for this 12-story research and clinical facility. The initial phase included development of the building core and shell, along with a partial interior build-out. The facility features two research laboratory wings connected to adjacent office towers by a central collaboration space, promoting flexibility and interdisciplinary interaction. Designed to accommodate evolving technologies, the building includes laboratory, office, and support spaces organized above a two-story podium.
