Wyatt Square

E&C provided the MEP engineering for the 84,600 S.F. Lynn Wyatt Square for the Performing Arts, which is located at the center of the Theater District, in Downtown Houston and will provide a wide range of outdoor performances spaces. The new Wyatt Square is located above the existing 700,000 S.F. three-story parking garage which had to be modified to accommodate the envisioned spaces at grade. E&C provided the engineering to relocate existing parking garage supply and exhaust fan rooms, electrical switchgear and provided the infrastructure for the planned new restaurant located at the corner of Capital and Smith streets. E&C additionally provided the engineering for the electrical power for the site lighting and performance art in ground power outlets to be used at each stage area.
