January 15th, 2019 – The AP Amigos – Jeff, Larkin, and Korey – provided a working lunch to the Kirksey Interiors group in an effort to create a better understanding of the Architect-Engineer relationship. E&C and Kirksey formulated the description of the “Ideal Engineer” (That is – If one could really exist 😉). Thru this joint effort, E&C hopes to build a better understanding of client expectations in an effort to provide the utmost in client care. Thank you Carrie, Lauren, Stacey, Liang, and Daniel. We hope that we can be of service to you guys and continue the Kirksey-E&C working relationship.
Sam Houston State University had the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Lowman Center’s Renovation Tuesday, January 15th. E&C really appreciated being part of the SHSU team with EYP.
Lone Star College held the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their Westway Park Technology Center on January 11, 2019. We really enjoyed being part of this team with Lone Star College System and BRW Architects. To read more about this event, see link below, and flyer from this event.
E&C was pleased to donate to The Mission of Yahweh again this year. We donated gloves and hats for all the women in the shelter to use. Most of the women in this shelter do not have vehicles and therefore must use the bus services.
The Mission of Yahweh is a faith-based shelter that empowers, enriches and restores the lives of homeless women and children and provides outreach services to low-income communities. As part of our continued efforts to streamline efficiency and maximize productivity, E&C is pleased to announce that Max McRae will assume the role as Microstation CAD lead at our Company. As such, Max will be responsible for coordinating any future Microstation efforts and will be part of the Microstation standardization protocol development team.
As part of our continued efforts to streamline efficiency and maximize productivity, E&C is pleased to announce that Laura Padilla will assume the role as Revit CAD lead at our Company. As such, Laura will be responsible for coordinating any future Revit efforts and will be part of the Revit standardization protocol development team.
Congratulations to Carly Mueller for assuming the role of Executive Administrator. Carly will be helping the Principals and Associate Principals with new operational tasks focused on growing E&C’s business development presence.
