Description of Services Provided:

E&C provided the MEP design for the approximately 50,000 square foot facility housing offices, kitchen and server as well as 56 single occupancy units.  This five-story building will serve the community providing recovery programs, housing, meals and job assistance to those recovering from drug and alcohol abuse.  The project was put on hold for a time during design causing a delay, but was completed in December 2019.
