Description of Services Provided

The Enven Energy Corporation relocated their headquarters to occupy Level 31 at the prestigious 609 Main building. E&C was engaged by Rottet Studios to complete the tenant buildout of this floor. E&C redesigned the MEP infrastructure to accommodate the new tenant requirements. This floor included underfloor HVAC, high efficiency lighting, and low water use plumbing fixtures.

The design did not pursue LEED certification, but efforts were made to design for high efficiency operation and maximize occupant comfort. The architectural design is industrial/modern and tailor fit to the image of the Enven Energy Corporation. The design includes typical office and conference space.
